Ok well Miranda has been trying to walk since Monday. I'm so mad at myself because I missed those first steps. I called home and Larissa told me mom, Miranda is trying to walk.
My Birthday turned out to be ok. First of all I got stranded at Target until 3am. Then we ran around with Larissa. Her game was cancelled but had to take soccer pictures. Afterwards we went to go and eat at Texas Roadhouse with Louis, Judy, Wendy and Jr. Thanks everyone we really enjoyed ourselves. Afterwards we come home and had a couple of margarita's and played Guitar Hero. Yes, only the ladies played. Lead singer was Judy Garza. We had lots of fun.
On Sunday well I didn't wake up feeling well. LMAO!!!
Friday night I got stranded at Target after work. You see we got alot of rain that night and all the streets going towards Bay Area and 528 was flooded. Trying to work my way to 45 and the feeder was flooded as well. So, I ended up camping out at Target parking lot with a bunch of other drivers. Finally, around 3 I decided to go towards El Dorado to attempt to get on 45 and it was clear. Made it home safely, Thank the lord he was with me and a bunch of stranded drivers.
So, Thursday we decided to go to Lupe Tortilla to have a couple of margarita's. We joined Kim and Bill, Dee, Christi and one more person for the life of me can't remember names. You know how it is when you have 1 to many.(Lol) We got an early start to my Birthday. This was Miranda's first time playing in sand. She had so much fun.

Larissa was sliding her baby sister on the slide. She loved it!

Then afterwards the kids had ice cream. Miranda was eating Dora's head.
Ok, so my mom bought the girls these pretty dress. It was weird because Larissa needed a dress for International dress up in school. Thursday when she was getting dress for school she asked her daddy if it was ok for Teddi to wear Miranda's dress. Of course Joe said yes and this is what he looked like. Everyone at school thought there dresses were cute. Thanks grandma "Nana".
Ok, So Miranda started to throw her fits. It's really funny because I didn't think that at that age they do that. She throws herself on the floor and is pushing herself upward with her head down. I don't recall Larissa doing that at her age.
It's been 2 days since Miranda has officially been off the bottle. You see she would drink juice, water, etc. in a sippy cup but when it came to her milk she wouldn't take the sippy cup.
First of all I would like to wish everyone and there families a wonderful Easter. We spent it with our family and close friend (Marissa Munoz). We had a great time. Larissa was all excited because the Easter Bunny brought her a Sharpay dress.
My baby modeling her dress
Miranda looking for eggs. Well this is her very 1st egg hunt.
Larissa was so excited to look for eggs. All morning she kept bugging us to go and look for the eggs. We decided to do it 1st thing in the morning because we were in a 70% chance of rain. No, sooner we went in it started to poor.
Larissa all excited because she found tons of eggs. And well, Miranda trying to figure out what to do with it.
Miranda was freaking out with all of the confettii. Didn't know what to do with it. We watched her for a while to see if she would think twice in putting it in her mouth. And well, of course she didn't even try.
Larissa was having a ball cracking eggs on Miranda. You should of seen her. She was laughing with it.
Ok so this is what I looked like after I got hit several times. Not to bad, huh.
Today the girls were playing around on the Zebra. Larissa showed Miranda how to get on and off the little zebra. It was cute because she really doesn't reach with both feet. So, she leans more to one foot. But she finally figured out how to get on and off. Larissa does very well with her baby sister. Last night we had a conversation about sharing with toys, snacks, etc. Also about how she has to teach her little sister to do many things. So this morning what did the big sister do teach her baby sister to get on and off zebra. Too cute!
We went to the Little gym with the Mom and Tots group. We had a great turn out. Of course Larissa had lots of fun. If she could go everyday she would. Anyway, Miranda as well had fun crawling around and playing ball with Mrs. Dee.
